How Do I Return an Item?
Please contact customer service before returning any items. A "Return Authorization" number may be required and will be provided by our customer service. Please keep your packing slip and e-mail us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number.
If Item Does Not Meet Your Expectations:
We do allow returns if the item(s) you purchased does not meet your expectations. A full refund will be issued on items that have have no sign of use. All items/materials must be in new condition; this includes no opened battery packages.
If you need to try out your Lasergrips to see how they fit your gun, or to see how they feel, please do so without opening any battery packages. If item is returned in new, unused condition, you will receive a full refund.
If an item is returned because of personal reasons, buyer must pay for return shipping. Return shipping method must provide a tracking number.
If You Need To Exchange Your Item For A Different One:
If by chance you ordered the wrong unit for your gun, and need to exchange it for another one, please contact customer service and we'll be glad to help. We will do everything we can to get you the right one quickly and easily. **If the wrong item was mistakenly shipped to you, we will exchange it for the correct one for no additional charge to you, except for any price difference.
If Your Receive A Defective Unit:
If you receive a defective item, contact our customer service and we will have a replacement sent to you immediately. A free return shipping label will be provided for an easy, painless exchange. If merchandise you receive is defective, contact us for instructions.
